Friend, you have come so far. I’m sorry for the struggle and pain and heartache you’ve had to overcome just to get to another day. There are many people in the world, there are many people in your life who will never have to understand what that feels like. Nonetheless, friend, you are here for another day. Embrace it. You can conquer this too.

Support is taking a step back from yourself to help someone else. It’s okay to let people in.
