Deep breath. Slow, even breaths. Take action right now. Whatever that needs to be. Trust yourself. Trust your instincts. Act. Maybe that action is running forward with a plan. Maybe it’s taking a step back. Whatever you need to do, do it. You’re ready.

Trust your people. They are choosing to invest and support and love you. That’s a choice they’re making. It’s not an accident that you’re so loved. Trust your people. Trust yourself that you are where you need to be right now.

Friend, trust yourself. No one knows better than you what you need. Rationally, somewhere or something or someone may be safe, but if you don’t feel you should be in that situation, that’s okay. Only you know what you need. Only you know what safe looks like for you. Trust yourself.
