Warrior, some days the fight never ends, the fight for your survival, for a voice, to be heard, to be understood. Those fights seem endless, and maybe they are. I can’t promise they aren’t. So let yourself rest. You’re already so strong, but you’re so much stronger when you take care of your body and mind. It is okay to rest. Whatever that looks like, whatever form it is you need. Let yourself rest, and when you’re ready, get up and continue the fight, warrior.
Some days are harder than others. I’m sorry for that. Know that you are beautifully suited for this exact moment to handle it. It may not be easy, but you’re strong and capable. It may not be fun, but every moment until now has prepared you for it. You can do this day. You’ve already done so many. You can do this one too.
You, beautiful star, shine so brightly in so much darkness. Some days, I know, it’s hard to hold onto your light, to feel like you’re shining as brightly as you can. That’s okay. You’re doing beautifully, darling light.
Oh, friend, deep breath. Some days just start out hard. Some of them end terribly. Many of them, lots of them, most of them are absolutely beautiful. Right down to their tiniest details. So, come on, slow, even breaths. Fill your lungs with peace and calm and strength, and breathe out all of that worry and fear and pain. Feel your body be rebuilt by good things, and each exhale takes away all of the bad. You can do this.
