Hey, you know what? It’s okay to take a break. It’s okay to take care of yourself. It’s okay to know your limits and not to push them. It’s okay to be hurting. It’s okay to feel feelings. It’s okay to say, “no.” It’s okay to walk away from bad situations. It’s okay to let go. It’s okay to hold on. It’s okay. It’s going to be okay. You’re okay.
