Deep breath. Take time to release and sink into the universe. Letting go of the stress and tension in your little toe, your hip, your jaw, the left side of your neck. Release it. Let it go. You do not need it. Sink into the spaces in the universe around you. Deep breath. Calm breath. Pulse. Breathe. Wait.

You’re ready.
