Affirmation 11/4/16

Deep breath. Not everything that happens in life is your fault. You are responsible for your own actions. Not anyone else’s. You can always find things to take the blame for, to make yourself feel worse. It is okay to be okay. It is okay to not be miserable. It is okay to be happy. It is more than okay to be those things. Not everything in life is your fault. It is not your fault.
