Deep breath. It’s going to be okay. You’re going to be okay. You are okay. Right now, this moment, this breath, you are okay. Take in the calm of this breath. Take in the beat of this breath. Enjoy its safety. Exhale. Onto the next one. There are so many moments where you are okay. You are okay. It’s going to be okay.

I’m glad you’re here.
