Deep breath. Chaos and worry may surround you today. I’m sorry. If it starts to fill your mind, stop and think to a year ago. What were you worrying about a year ago? Can you remember? I can’t. Your concerns are real, but try not to let worry consume you. Seek out spaces of calm. They’re there. You can find them. Live in them. Deep breath.
